Information about using this website, requesting a quotation and confirming services.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These website terms are prepared for DNICK’s business and legal review. Specific service, payment, cancellation and warranty arrangements must be confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement.
1. About this website
This website introduces DNICK (PTY) LTD and its tyre protection enquiries for motorists and businesses in South Africa. Contact info@dnick.co.za or call 064 327 9128. Information labelled as proposed or awaiting confirmation is not a confirmed service commitment.
2. Enquiries, quotations and bookings
An enquiry, WhatsApp message or automated delivery acknowledgement does not create a confirmed booking or an agreement to supply services. DNICK must confirm availability, suitability, scope, price, applicable taxes, additional charges and appointment details before work is agreed.
Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, delivery and warranty terms must be disclosed in the applicable quotation or agreement before acceptance. These website terms do not impose an undisclosed cancellation charge or remove any statutory cancellation or refund right.
3. Product suitability and tyre care
“Puncture proof” describes the business’s service focus; it is not a guarantee that a tyre cannot be punctured or damaged. Product capabilities, compatibility, limitations, care instructions and any warranty must be confirmed for the actual product and tyres.
Continue tyre inspections, pressure checks and maintenance, following vehicle, tyre and product manufacturer guidance. Treatment does not establish that a damaged tyre is safe to use. Draft campaign statements are not verified performance evidence or driving instructions.
4. Locations, collection and delivery
Nationwide enquiry listings are not branch addresses or guarantees of local fitment. Collection and delivery remains a proposed service until DNICK confirms it. Agree on locations, dates, charges, responsibilities and any vehicle handover requirements before arranging work or travelling.
5. Information and material you provide
Provide accurate information relevant to your request, and tell DNICK about material changes. Only share another person’s information or photographs where you have appropriate authority. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious software or information intended to disrupt the service.
Submitting an enquiry does not grant DNICK permission to use your name, vehicle photographs or feedback in advertising. That requires a separate appropriate arrangement. Personal information is addressed in the POPIA privacy notice.
6. Website content and external services
Illustrative photographs are identified as such and do not establish customer results, premises or completed installations. Website material may not be used to falsely imply a DNICK endorsement. Third-party links, including WhatsApp, lead to services with their own terms.
The website and communication services may experience interruptions. A delivery message confirms only the stated delivery status, not a booking or guaranteed inbox receipt. Contact DNICK directly if you need to confirm whether an enquiry was received.
7. Consumer rights and responsibility
These terms do not exclude or limit rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, POPIA and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. They do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
Send service concerns to info@dnick.co.za with enough detail to identify your enquiry or agreement. Privacy complaints and regulatory contact details appear in the privacy notice. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a competent regulator, consumer body or court.
These website terms are governed by South African law, subject to mandatory legal protections. Updated terms will show a revised date; a website update does not automatically vary an existing accepted service agreement.
