DNICK · ENQUIRY GUIDE

Prepare a tyre protection assessment for your fleet.

A practical DNICK enquiry checklist for taxi, delivery and commercial fleets: tyre sizes, depot locations, vehicle availability and assessment questions.

Start a fleet tyre protection enquiry with vehicle categories, tyre sizes, fleet size, depot locations and maintenance windows. DNICK can then discuss the assessment needed before proposing a programme or price.

Group vehicles by application

Create a simple list of cars, bakkies, vans, taxis, trucks, trailers or other equipment. Count the tyres in each group and record different sizes. Explain how each group is used, rather than submitting only the total number of vehicles. Suitability is assessed for the actual tyres and application.

Separate depots from routes

A vehicle may drive through several provinces but return to one depot for maintenance. Give that depot’s town, then describe the regular routes. If you operate from more than one location, list the vehicle groups and contact person for each. Nationwide enquiries are welcome; arrangements for individual sites still need confirmation.

Plan a practical assessment window

Identify when vehicles are already scheduled for maintenance and which can be released together. Tell DNICK about site entry requirements and any operational restrictions. Ask whether assessments can be grouped and whether all locations need separate arrangements. Do not assume an onsite service or a particular turnaround time.

Define what you will review

Before agreeing to a programme, request the proposed product, suitability criteria, exclusions, costs and aftercare requirements. If you want to evaluate a trial, agree on what you will record, such as tyre inspections, incidents and maintenance time. This website does not promise a percentage saving or a specific reduction in downtime.
